people like to see it as "ALL your resumes" in one place for recruiters to find.
However, your SkillZoom Profile is much more than that. Recruiters can search for
skills easily and accurately each time they need to fill a position for their clients.
Recruiters no longer have the time consuming and arbitrary task of having to place
each resume they receive in a "predominant skills" folder, and other versions of
your resume in other arbitrary groupings. People have a complex blend of skills,
and placing them in one arbitrary classification, not only is inaccurate as it is
time-consuming for both job seekers as for recruiters.

organization. Standard services are always free to job seekers.
In the next few
screens you will have the opportunity to:
1. Carefully read, understand, and agree
to the spirit and letter of SkillZoom membership.
2. Start the New Member registration
process ... (an email reconfirmation is required).
3. Start your intuitive and detailed
SkillZoom Profile Questionnaire (though it can vary with the amount of experience
you have, it usually takes about an hour to complete).
4. Set your preferences,
and the specific occupations for which you wish to be considered.
5. You're done!
